Wednesday there was a hearing at City Hall regarding the BDC and Dawson Company's recent request for a PILOT for the superblock project. Around 300 people showed up, in white shirts, to demand binding agreements to ensure community involvement in the project.
These three men stand outside waiting to get in. City Hall was filled to capacity with folks opposing the tax break and wasn't allowing anyone else in.
